Low risk: Any open sore can be risk for infection. HIV doesn't survive long at room temperature. Sisk your hands each night clean cool water. No risk: Saliva is a very poor HIV transmitter. Your best bet is to keep your skin healthy and moisturized. Since you have eczema, you are at increased risk of dry and cracked skin. You must apply hypoallergenic moisturizer after handwashing to reduce irritation. You might also consider wearing gloves if this weighs on you psychologically.
