There should be: no concerns for cancer if it is just dry, cracked skin. Unless you see changes -size, lumps, discoloration, tenderness, then you should consult your doctor immediately. Otherwise, you need to keep your skin moist with ointments, vitamin E oil, olive oil .Take antihistamines , or prescriptions from your doctor to help with the itching.Avoid using hot water, it will make it drier, sting and burn!

See dermatologist: Use some moisturizing lotion for dry skin ,it may lessen itching and scratching .Some anti allergen like claritin (loratadine) may also help you .Eczema should not cause cancer but better talk to your dermatologist to get proper treatment for eczema ,though it takes some time to get better .

See a dermatologist.: You can get immediate relief. Meanwhile begin to use vaseline or Aquaphor 5-10x a day on cracks. No, it does not cause cancer!!!
