Avoid Asthma: You need to live the good life. Avoid any respiratory irritants like smoke, strong odors and chemicals. Careful with chlorine - dont spill it and watch what you mix it with! be in well ventilated areas. Of course you shouldn't smoke anything.

BRONCHIAL ASTHMA: If you have a family history of bronchial asthma, chances are you will inherit the condition. There are many factors that contribute to having it. Once you have persistent dry coughing episodes, itchy throat some wheezing can start. Enviromental control, stress, allergens, infections, etc can promote it.
