Could be...: but would consider contact dermatitis as well( rings, antibacterial soap or cleanser) Using topical steroid like hydro.cortisone may help either way.

Tiny skin-colored bumps on palms. Not itchy or painful. No rough wartlike texture -they're pretty smooth. Possible allergic reaction? I do have eczema
I saw a dermatologist in OH months ago and they said it's dyshidrotic eczema. took pills and applied triamcinolone acetonide ointment 0.1% prescribed to me. they didn't go away, got worse, irresistibly itchy. it's infected now, I think.
Itchy blister type under foot. Over a year. Not sure if it's a fungus or dyshidrosis eczema? Once broken it spreads to new blisters. Gets also flaky and skin thickens. Sore and tired of this. Please help?
