Can hives on the skin look like dyshidrosis eczema? i have bumps that look a lot like dyshidrosis mainly on my arm and elbow i was given my covid shot on spread out. they do react to antihistamine drugs it seems as well?

Hives are not presenting as blisters which occur in dyshidrotic eczema.

In dyshydrotic eczema fluid filled,very itchy blisters appear on the palms & soles. On the other hand, hives only remain in place for a day but appear and reappear in scattered distribution. They can resemble insect bites but can be much larger. They are also very itchy. I tend to believe you're experiencing hives. A dermatologist would be best to evaluate, advise and treat you.
