Many ways: There are multle ways to reduce cholesterol. I reduced mine by changing my diet and exercising more. This is the best way. Eliminate fried foods, foods high in saturated fats and eat more veggies & wild fish like salmon. If you can't do it with food, you. Ay need a statin to reduce it. Some try red yeast rice or fish oil supplements, or even lovaza, but nothing beats dietary changes and exercise.
