Sorry there are none: Good and bad cholesterol are terms for cholesterol-containing packages that are transported around the body. The good and bad come from specific attached proteins (apoa and apob) that help deliver cholesterol to the liver and blood vessels respectively. Dietary cholesterol comes unpackaged. Also, dietary cholesterol has minor effects on blood cholesterol because 80% is produced in the body.
