Sleep disturbances: can result from many things. It is difficult to readjust sleep patterns and it needs to be done gradually. It is not surprising that you have daytime sleepiness. If you are only getting four hours of sleep per 24 hours, then that is not good for your health. Try to gradually increase your sleeping time by trying to go to sleep a little earlier, and continue this as you get used to it.
