Poor sleeping habits. Sleep hygiene would include a mix of intellectual and physical activities during the day with limited screen time, avoidance of stimulant drinks/naps during the day, focus should be in achieving 7-8 h of sleep at night with a reliable sleeping routine. Sometimes medical conditions can cause changes, depression among others, and seeing your doc would be recommended.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
