Sleep apnea?: One possibility for your symptoms is obstructive sleep apnea (osa). Has anyone told you that your snore? Or perhaps temporarily stop breathing for 5-10 seconds while sleeping? Are you overweight? If so, you could have osa. Special sleep tests can be performed to determine if you have osa and treatment is available.

Sleep MD: Most people who remember their dreams are awakening during rem sleep. Even though you are in bed for 8 or more hours, you are probably not actually sleeping all of that time. You may need a sleep study to find out what is going on while you are asleep.

Fatigue insomonia: Fatigue and insomnia or unrecuperative sleep [waking up tired after a long uninterrupted sleep] are main symptoms of depression and involve many different centers in the brain. You need multiple medications to resolve your problem. Fatigue is the most difficult symptom to treat and usually resolve the last among all symptoms of depression. Good luck.
