Many possible causes: There are many causes for poor sleep. You probably need to see a doctor and have an exam and tests. Here are some things you can do in the meantime to increase your chances of better sleep. Do not smoke, drink alcohol or take any food or beverage with caffeine in it. Do not exercise just before sleep. Do not use electronic devices two hours before sleep. Good luck with improving your sleep.
