Reconsider chemo: I am sorry that you are suffering from the pain. You may want to reconsider about chemo and radiation therapy. Chemo is the main therapy for stage IV lung cancer-and nowadays therapy is individualized and we do have biologic therapy with less side effects for lung cancer.Chemo is given to relieve symptoms and maintain you quality of life. Radiaton to the pelvic bone may help reduce pain as wel.
