Hard to predict: Metastatic lung cancer as a whole has a history of poor long term survival. Unfortunately, the 5 yr survival is only about 10%. But this is dependent on many things including age and type of cancer. Also some people's tumors respond differently to chemo. Your cancer specialist may be your best resource.

Unique: The actual survival of a particular individual is unique to that particular person. Statistics are based on outcomes on people with similar staging and demographics and comorbidities. That is what happened to them. What will happen to you will be determined daily as you go along. The important thing is to maintain your nutrition and to try to enjoy your life as much as you can.
