What can cause an enlarged liver 22cm with fatty infiltration with normal blood levels I am not obese and I do not drink alcohol. No meds?
I have normal liver CT scan(3 yrs ago), normal ALT/AST, Albumin, Protein blood results(1 month ago) but I drink daily (only 100ml to 150ml of Whisky). I am worried about my liver health. How long should I abstain from alcohol to cleanse my liver?

Liver enzymes were normal in early April AST was 32, ALT was 28, at that time I was drinking maybe 4 or 5 pints of beer on weekends (no alcohol during week). Since then, I have had 5-8 pints per wknd...blood test in a week ..will liver levels rise?
