Liver pain: Right sided abdominal pain has many origins. Causes include, liver, gallbladder, ribs, colon, pancreas, kidney and others. See your doctor and have them examine you. Tests that may find the source include, Abdominal x-ray, CT scan, ultrasound, endoscopy, various blood tests and others. You really need to give more detailed information. This would be gathered during a visit to your doctor.
