Exam and Hx needed: This needs further attention. A complete history, physical and lab studies are needed for a start. Do you use drugs? Do you drink alcohol? Are you taking any prescribed meds? What is your diet like? Have you been subjected to any physical trauma? I would like to see you consult a neurologist as soon as possible. I will consult with you further online too if you desire. Try to relax please!

Would explore loss of consciousness, as may have experienced a seizure. An EEG is recommended.
