Go to the hospital: LuciL you sound seriously dehydrated or perhaps profoundly anemic. You may have been losing blood from an ovarian cyst or from something else (internal bleeding). This is a dangerous situation with probably very low blood pressure and you could die or pass out while driving for example, so please drink something salty right now and call 911 or have someone drive you to hospital.
