Maybe: Indications for nasal bone X-ray usually include obvious boney deformity, especially after soft tissue swelling resolves or persistent difficulty breathing through nasal passage(s). Obviously, if you suffer an open fracture (bone protruding through skin, urgent X-ray and surgical evaluation is indicated.
