Usually not: Hepatitis and HIV are usually transmitted through sexual contact or through blood. Unless there was an open wound, the risk is extremely low.

Hep B, C & HIV risks: Hep B, Hep C and HIV are transmitted by exchange of bodily fluids. It is highly unlikely for you to have been exposed during the encounter that you described. You are entitled to requesting that your doctors thoroughly wash their hands and wear gloves before examining you.
