I was doing my bed . went at the bottom of my bed then my head started to spin and i felt on the floor do not remember the fall and i brook my left hip . stay at the hospital for 6 days . what is the cause of the spinning head ?

You might have had a sudden drop in your blood pressure or heart rate secondary to medications or due to natural ailments. Also neurological or vascular conditions may result in poor cerebral flow and result in syncope and fall. Middle ear conditions can also cause dizziness and spinning sensation. You need to have a thorough cardiac, neurologic, cerebrovascular and perhaps ENT work up.
