These findings: are pretty "classical" for early VIRAL INFECTION! This can vary from Flu to Measles etc etc Hope this helps! Dr Z

Meds: Low WBC is often due to mediacarion side effect. What meds are you taking for your SLE? Are you aware of your prior labs? trends are important. Talk to your doc about this. Best of luck.
