Depends....: If you do not have Hepatitis A/B/C/ Fatty liver, it is due to lupus. Lupus can remain dormant , can affect any tissue in the body.

Concern: You'll want to find out whether you have autoimmune hepatitis, what we used to miscall "lupoid hepatitis". It's very serious but can often be managed. Your next test will be anti-smooth muscle / anti-actin and perhaps anti-LKM.

Ana 1:80 speckled, RA 12,70 ui/ml (normal <14ui/ml), C-reactive protein 2.mg/l, VDRL negative. Im female and 35 years old. Could be lupus?
