For about 3 months Ive been having a sore throat that comes and goes only on the left side. Its not super persistent, as it does not hurt every time I swallow but more so if I open up my throat. I cant help but think its cancer, am only 23?

Left-side sore throat for > 1 yr. Pain varies from gone to moderate. Doesn't hurt to swallow. Seen 3 ents & gi. Nose / throat scoped 2x, upper GI scope & 2 mris 3 mos apart - no diagnosis. Any ideas?
I have 2 swollen Lymph nodes on the right side of my face only. One seems to be a parotid and the other a submandibular. Im having a difficult time swallowing and very mild sore throat (only on that side). Frankly, that whole side of my face hurts. ?
