Good morning, two of our bedrooms were painted and i slept in one of the rooms for two nights and woke up with a sore throat. it mainly hurts when i swallow and my throat is dry. please let me know what i can get for it.

Exam needed: Your description implies that there is an immediate relation between painting the rooms and your symptoms and you may be right. It might have to do with the ventilation used to dry the painted rooms and your symptoms may be self limited, but it can also due to an infection and symptoms will get worse before getting better, hence the need for an exam and detailed history.
