Worrisome: If this is really a 3 week emerging problem the possibilities are worrisome. This could be simple, like vocal cord dysfunction, where they spasm unpredictably. It could also be an emerging issue deep in your airway. A consultation with an ENT should be arranged this week or as soon as you can get in.
