Bad versus good: An documented ovarian cyst that produces pressure is not uncommon. However you don't say if the cyst is 3.6 centimeters or inches. Moreover, your symptom complex with urinary frequency, and vaginal spotting post hysterectomy indicate a need to be examined more thoroughly to rule out something else by your MD including bowel or urinary tract issues.
