Start medically: Because of your age most people would start with medical treatments such as birth control pills or Lupron (leuprolide) or iud. Or do laparoscopy. It is also important to know what's the cause of the pain to know if a hysterectomy would help. Also knowing the cause would determine if the ovaries need to be removed - a full hysterectomy.
