Having a laparoscopic full hysterectomy in 2007 due to ovarian cysts and endometriosis i have noticed an odor after sex. no other changes or issues that i have noticed however. no itching, pain etc. what can cause this?

Vaginal odor: There is a condition called "bacterial vaginosis", which does produce an unpleasant odor. This can be treated with antibiotics, but if your partner has "other contacts" it can recur. Ask your gyn provider for an exam and treatment.
