Warm compress: if the warmth is frustrating you then use the ice route instead. Put a wet wash cloth in an ice bath and then squeeze out the access then refresh in 5 to 10 minutes. Your ice bath can be a pot or a large bowl with lots of ice. Settle down, this problem will pass. See the doctor in the am for appropriate antibiotics if not better.
