Mgt, workup: More information is needed to better answer, but this may indicate health problems. Given your cardiac history, I would suggest a consult with your PCP for an additional workup.

I have trouble sleeping, and I'm nauseous. What could be wrong? I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm having trouble sleeping lately. I wake up two to three times a night. I'll be awake for awhile, up to two hours before being able to fall asleep again.
Everytime I fall asleep, I wake up about and hour later with an elevated heart rate that eventually slows down after some deep breathing. And it repeats over and over for the past two weeks. What could be causing this?
