Talk to doctor: Difficulty sleeping is a very common condition. There are so many possibilities, it is not possible to provide you with any kind of specific answer online. You need to see your family physician or internist and get a thorough check up. It could be depression, drinking alcohol, caffeine, cigarettes, sleeping conditions, pain, and so on. Most sleeping problems can be successfully managed.
