Unlikely: Your moles are quite small and of no major concern right now. Only if they grow to a bigger size or change their color and grow bigger should you be concerned and get a physician to check you. Remember the ABCD rule for Melanoma, where D, diameter is >5 mm. It is possible to have melanoma in lesions of 2-3 mm but it has to be extremely rare.
