I've had this mole since march 2017, it was a reddish brown color, after scratching it off a few times it's now a dark brown. it doesn't cause me pain, doesn't itch or bleed and it has not grown. does it sound like melanoma?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms warrant examination by a doctor and it would be prudent to consider having the lesion removed and tissue sent to a pathologist for examination.
