Had a mole removed on my neck that was suspicious of a possible melanoma. The doctor said it most likely wasn't though.. Biopsy results are next week. Neck lymph node is bean size and tender. Is it connected/cancer spreading or could it be nothing?

Are all asymmetric moles melanomas? I just had my first biopsy of a 1.5mm mole that had an odd shape and was very dark. Not raised, not growing, no weird borders. How likely is it to keep getting new moles with no sun and almost 40?
