See doctor: There are many potential causes which include depression , anxiety, sleep disorder etc. There are many ways to improve sleep quality (avoiding caffeine,;no eating, exercise, bright light before bedtime etc). Talk to your doctor re. whether you may need a sleep study especially if you are not waking up feeling refreshed.
