Ok.: Try Melatonin 3-5mg at night. If no relief Ambien (zolpidem) is a good one to try. Maintain sleep hyzeine....Go to bed at same time, Bed is for sleep only, Radio/TV/Phone/ related thing is to be avoided in bed. Nicotine caffine to be avoided after evening.
