Ssri compare with buspar, (buspirone) which one preferred for long term in treating anxiety ,how long for each one?

No preference: Some says that Buspar (buspirone) is less effecitve; it has less of a chance of weight gain or sexual side effects. But Those side effects should be managed, if one gets them, anyway. How long? As long as needed.
