Extreme anxiety, tried celexa/xanax, sensitive to small dosages. i heard buspar (buspirone) might be good for anxiety, is this a milder med compared to those?

Medication may: be helpful w/your anxiety but consider psychotherapy as well. You can learn specific strategies to help you cope such as self-hypnosis, biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc. Peace and good health.
