It's worth to try.: There are different kinds of anxiety disorder. SSRI are treatment of choice for most of the types. But in some cases when SSRis doesn't work or not fully effective, Buspar (buspirone) can use as an augmenting agent. Normally Buspar (buspirone) alone is indicated for anxiety. D/w your prescriber for other choices besides Buspar (buspirone). And Definitely continue therapy.
