Should be ok: Should be ok, but its best to heck with your doctor to find out about your case specifically. Lots of variables come in to play here. Hope this helps!

Ask your surgeon: One week is not very long, and you would not want to take the chance of getting an infection or causing some other problem. It may be better for you to allow more recover time prior to swimming. The surgeon who performed the tubalectomy is the best person to advice you regarding post surgical activities.
