Had a chilectomy and have dissolvable stitches. i went back after 2 weeks to get the knots removed by the podiatrist but there is one knot/loop still there which i only noticed at home. will this fall off or should i pull it out/trim it off myself?

If the sutures were dissolvable, it should fall off on its own. Give it a couple of days. If it has fallen off by then, you may try to cut it out though it would be preferable for your podiatrist to do that.
