The er nurse applied some steristrips on a wound as they thought it didn't need stitches and told me to keep it dry, but i see some blood underneath and some crystal-like dry blood is coming out from one slightly. should i be concerned?

Just gently clean it away with a wet gauze or cotton and keep it dry and covered. No concern if no redness or swelling
