Normal: It's common to see dissolvable stitches stick it out through the skin. It's not an indication of any failure of the wound closure. If you see a lot of redness or any signs of infection then it would be worthwhile to show one of us a picture. Otherwise allow a few weeks for the suture to fully dissolve.
