How do you FEEL?: Some folks run high lipase for no obvious reason, and there are lab errors. If you are not doubled over with abdominal pain, this can wait for an answer, and you'll probably never find out why. It is not a tumor marker.

Lipase: Please have the lab repeat your lipase level. If it is indeed quite high appropriate treatment will be prescribed. You can get over this problem.
