Depends on condition: Most of the time it is blood and urine test.And other specific tests depends on the condition one suspects or has already been diagnosed.Blood tests are done to measure hormone levels,antibodies,electrolytes,and other specific tests and urine for sugar,protein and 24 hour urine for certain chemicals Other tests like ultrasound/cat scan imging may also be done,including nuclear scans
