Protein and weight loss: Some weight fluctuations can be fairly dramatic, and sometimes visible changes take a few weeks to settle in. In general, no matter what diet you are using, I would not limit protein. A good strategy is to just be patient, continue healthy diet with some aerobic exercise, and you will see the results you're looking for.
