On my cheeks: You may be unconsciously biting your cheeks which also irritate minor salivary glands where the ducts get blocked and cause the formation of mucoceles (mucous retention cysts) that are harmless. However, we cannot diagnose this over the internet, sight unseen. You will need to see a dentist to confirm my suspicions as there are other possibilities, some of which require treatment.

Allergy 2 toothpaste: Please, discontinue the use of the toothpaste you are using now. After 7-10 days you should notice an improvement in the condition and complete healing. Use only ADA approved toothpaste.
