my skin on my neck en head is warm it feels like n sunburn but i wasn't in the sun. there is also small pimple like bumps on my head? and it itches..

Poss folliculitis: This may be folliculitis (inflammation/infection of the hair follicles.). It can resolve by itself, and warm compresses/topical antibiotics (like Bacitracin) may be helpful. If severe, it may need to be seen by a physician.
