Keeping with Cool.: Aside from the fact that cold or at least cool water is easier to drink as it seems to be more palatable, It is generally thought to be absorbed faster. It has a cooling effect on stomach especially after your body heats up after exercising. On top of all that, your body will expend more calories trying to make the cold water warm.
