Why am i continually getting migraines after hard workouts? i've tried drinking more water & keeping my blood sugar high, but i still get them.

Diabetes?: If you have diabetes, high blood sugars could also cause headaches. Those with diabetes could also become hypoglycemic which can also cause h/a. I advise patients with diabetes to check blood sugars before/after exercise. There is also an entity known as exertional headache. You should be seen by your doctor to determine what might be causing the problem and what might be done about it.

In reference: When you mentioned that you try to keep your blood sugar high, i thought you might've been referring to the fact that you already have diabetes. Headaches from exercise aren't suggestive of diabetes. You should still see your doctor about the headaches though.
